Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. It should be unwashed, undamaged, and free from alterations.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.
